If using for plantar fasciitis, a 10-pack of QUICK TAPE® support straps is good for one foot for approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Each QUICK TAPE® Foot Support Strap should be worn 24/7 for up to 1 week. When removing an old strap, immediately replace it with a new strap until all 10 straps have been used, all pain has subsided or as your doctor recommends.
